Everyone on Caye Caulker knows Roger as “Jolly Roger” as I don’t think I found a person the whole time who didn’t know him on the island.

Roots I found out quickly was the leader of the group. I didn’t need anyone to tell me this, as I could just see it, as they all gave him a lot of respect.

He might not seem like a hard core partier but he did tell me that he once passed out while riding a bicycle when he was 20, thus breaking his collar bone.

He said if I couldn’t pay the bill then he was calling the cops. At this point I didn’t care and told him to go head. Well he did and within 20 minutes I found myself in a Colombian jail for the first time.
