Adobe house made of cow shit in a rural village in India
While on a train trip around India (click here to read more on that) a guy in the group told me to get my camera out. I asked why and he said, “Look out the window, see those houses… the small ones? Well there made of cow shit!” I didn’t say anything back and just started shooting as we passed by on the train.
Now I have seen a lot of things while traveling, and it’s those reasons why I keep traveling but I have to admit up to that point I had never actually seen a house made of shit. I have said it many times probably but I actually never seen one. I have seen people use cow paddies to make fires but never to make an adobe house like this.
Would you stay in a place like this?
