6. What’s your dream and why: I would like to take a cruise around Europe for a few months.

FOGG Notes: Met Ricardo in Ica, as he was our driver and guide in the sand dunes there.  He had a real European vibe and coolness to him and if I didn’t know better I would have never guessed he was Peruvian, as he seemed more Italian to me.  He has been giving tours in Ica on the sand dunes for 7 years now and couldn’t have asked for a better driver.  He drove the buggy like he stole it (maybe he did for all I know) and was super cool with me once I pulled out my camera.  He was always walking up and saying “Get this picture” or “This is a nice shot to take!”  I asked him what the funniest thing he has seen while being a guide.  He told us all a story about a Australian girl who went sand boarding down a dune and wiped out.  When she did her pants came off (she wasn’t wearing any undies) and everyone on top of the hill above her was shooting pictures like crazy as she had to run to retrieve her pants.  He said that day he didn’t need a tip as he was happy already.
